As a plan member, when you go to participating Plan Dentists, you save 20% to 60% on nearly all dental care. Also, here you may look-up providers for the Vision Plan (included) & Prescription Plan (optional).

Your charges are discounted according to a published Schedule of Discounts for your State. Your savings are greatest (up to 60%) when you receive care from a Plan General Dentist. At a Plan Specialist, you save 20% off normal charges.
